- we hope that this will help you to
feel more confident when placing an order with us via the internet.
We would like to extend a big 'thank you' to
all our Customers who have taken the time to write these e-mails on
the receipt of their Teddy Bears. It would be impossible
to print all that we receive so here are just a few taken
from each month.

I am "Kathy" of
the "Kathy and her Baby." I received the beautiful set at my baby shower two
weeks ago. I can't tell you how special these new members of my collection are
to me. My father started my collection of special bears over 30 years ago. I
think that these bears immediately became my favorite! They are truly amazing
and made with such care. As I start my new journey preparing to be a Mother,
it is lovely to have such a special set of bears to remind me that I will
always be "Daddy's little girl." I can't express fully in words what these
bears mean to me. Just know that they will always hold a dear place with me
and will be one of the first things to be handed down to my child. Until then,
they will hold a special place of honor in the new baby's room for all to see.
It will give me a chance to see them every time I put my baby to sleep and
will be there to remind us of the touching story of a father looking for the
perfect gift for his daughter's baby shower. Thank you so much.

My Dear Lynette,
My daughter's Birthstone Bear arrived today. Thank you, thank you......it is
more than I expected. You have a great gift for your bear making. I can't wait
'till I receive her next bear(s) for her baby shower. Even 'though her
birthday isn't until March 18th, I can't wait to give it to her. Thank you
again.....P.S. Our little spot in New Jersey is that much warmer for the
lovely bear.

that Jem-Jem and baby Jewel arrived safely on Friday. I am delighted with
them, they are just gorgeous. I have a real weakness for Pandas and these
two are just perfect...................... |

| She's wonderful!!! I'm so
glad you asked to recreate her for other ladies. She is much better than her pictures & they were good. She looks like she could be up to all kinds of mischief since at her age no one can say a thing. The cards in the purse were a nice touch & I guess she doesn't use them just for solitaire. A little gin rummy with a special fellow perhaps. You'll have to let me know how many you end of making & maybe we can form a club............................ 22nd June 2005 (USA)

| Toastie is gorgeous
beautifully made and so so soft. Being musical adds to the delight of this teddy bear. He has made his acquaintance with Elvis and there are now sharing the same room. Always enjoy the parcels which come from L J Bears and the added in bonus they seem to bypass customs which is great. ............................ 21st May 2005 (New Zealand)

Heidi arrived safe and sound this morning, and of course shes absolutely
beautiful! She's even more adorable and cuddly than she appeared in her
picture. Her picture did not do her justice in any way shape or form! I particularly liked the fact that she can be separated from her musical base, which I was not sure of from her description. Many many thanks she will be appreciated. 9th December 2004 (UK)

| I now have 3 of your darling
bears living with me at the moment. I must say that they are the most delightful teddies I have seen in a long while, the photos of the bears are enticing enough but when they arrive they are truly beautiful. My daughters just love them and take extremely good care of them, I'm sure they will not want to part with them when they have children of their own!!! | The three teddies arrived
today and they are really lovely. Mr. Independence is absolutely identical to his photograph the colour is so true. I have added a few of the coloured stars you sent in the box to his hat which just adds the finishing touch to a very beautifully made teddy bear. I am really thrilled to bits with him. The coordination of ribbon hat and flags and his fur are really something. You did say that I would love him and I do. The other two ladies look like they have had some fun travelling with him and are really cute. Wonderful presentation and beautifully made Lynette. email and tell you how delighted I am with Mystical! He is with out a doubt the most handsome bear I have ever seen. Even more stunning in the fur than in his pictures. | Sundae arrived yesterday
26/08/04 and we were so happy to see her. My family and I have fallen in love with her straight away. So I think she'll be happy in her new hug. She has already been showered in hugs and kisses. She is so beautifully made you guys are amazing. I can not believe anyone would ever want to return one of your bears they are just brilliant. So a huge thank you for your time and patience in helping me become the new adoptive parent of Sundae. I am sure I will adopt again just have to get the kitty fat. | Finally got Mrs Titchmarsh on
Wednesday.................... Anyway my colleagues and I were captivated by her - I shall leave her exactly as she is. I think she is exquisite and Mr Titchmarsh seems to be besotted, Lady Charlotte not quite so welcoming! She makes a perfect pair with Mr Titchmarsh - they looked like a couple from the minute I put them together. They're sitting on the shelf having a rest and getting acquainted. Maybe Lady Charlotte does approve of staff sitting in her presence! ............................... Thanks again for all your hard work - you are certainly a talented pair. 9th August 2004 (UK)
