MAISIE ANGEL -  Created in memory of a dear little daughter, Maisie Angel born sleeping on the 26th February 2008. Teddy is a beautiful Angel Bear made from a soft pink Mohair with delicate pink marabou feather wings, she wears the 'Infant Loss' pink and blue ribbon on her chest and white and pink flowers on her head. After receiving Gabriella this morning,
just writing again to say thank you so much
for creating this dream for me.
Gabrielle Rose has been done to complete perfection
from head to paws...
She will be a very beautiful memento as a reminder of a very special daughter.

This is bittersweet as Rosie will never get to hold Gabriella,
but it is a beautiful creation which will be
able to remind me of the happy times... even if they were short.

I am "Kathy" of the "Kathy and her Baby." I received the beautiful set at my baby shower two weeks ago. I can't tell you how special these new members of my collection are to me. My father started my collection of special bears over 30 years ago. I think that these bears immediately became my favorite! They are truly amazing and made with such care. As I start my new journey preparing to be a Mother, it is lovely to have such a special set of bears to remind me that I will always be "Daddy's little girl." I can't express fully in words what these bears mean to me. Just know that they will always hold a dear place with me and will be one of the first things to be handed down to my child. Until then, they will hold a special place of honor in the new baby's room for all to see. It will give me a chance to see them every time I put my baby to sleep and will be there to remind us of the touching story of a father looking for the perfect gift for his daughter's baby shower. Thank you so much.

Lydia here the little girl you sent the teddy bear too. First of all I would just like to say
on my behalf thank you sooo much for making my teddy. I didn't really understand all what it was
about at first but after I read the note and turned the teddy round I realised it was a musical teddy.
The tune that my mum chose is a really special tune since I have known the tune since I was a baby!
Anyway this all means a lot to me and every time I look at Lydia or play the tune I feel upset and
sometimes cry! My mum told me to stop crying other wise she will think she has done something wrong
and I would never want my mum to think anything like that! Thank you Lynette for the best present ever!

MT BEAR - Created especially for Matt & Sarah for their 7th Wedding Anniversary on Sunday the 9th December 2007. He has been made from a fabulous faux fur that is long, silky soft with a base of pale milk chocolate tipped in shades of gold, creamand hints of chestnut with a white Mohair Muzzle.  He is fully jointed and filled with polyester and pellets. 19"    48cm 2007  (UK)

As promised I said I would let you know when I have received MT bear and as
you duly promised he arrived this morning. With great anticipation I had to
see him for my own eyes. I opened the box thinking 'The box looks quite
small maybe he's smaller than I thought he would be' little did I know he
would be cuddled up in his box, snug just like a little baby in the foetal
position. When I took him out and sat him down I thought 'what a gorgeous
bear you are'. He really is delightful and even more beautiful than the
pictures could ever show. I can't wait to show him to my husband who is
currently doing his HGV training. I will decorate his box (his home for
now) and give him to my husband on Sunday. I am sure he will love him just
as much as I do.
I must tell you that this bear will be very special although I know that 7
years is not really a milestone anniversary compared to the usual diamond,
pearl, ruby etc but for us 7 years is very special. You see we have a
severely disabled little boy or not so little as in fact he is 12 years old
today. We have been through many ups and downs with him through the years
and admittedly it has been hard at times and needless to say the struggles
can take its toll on any marriage. I feel we have triumphed to get as far
as we have and to still care for each other more than we ever did. We have
a tradition in our marriage, whenever one of us has to stay away from home
because of our son's frequent hospital admissions, the one that is left at
home alone with the other children will keep a treasured teddy on the spare
pillow so as to still feel close to one another. It has always given us
comfort. I hope you will be happy to know that MT bear will be taking that
place on our pillow for many years to come, so you see he will be a very
special and treasured bear. Feel free to put any pictures on your webpage
and to share our story. I am sure it will touch many others as teddies
always do.

despite the postal strike- she was absolutely over the moon with it,
and strangely enough her v independent less-than-friendly cat has taken to
sleeping next to the bear on her bed all the time now! I've not seen
the bear yet as I'm on duty this weekend so I appreciate the photo you sent.........
 

SAGE  Created for Linda to look like her wonderful German Shepherd 'Sage'.  He is to be a leaving present for her veterinarian as she always called Sage 'A big Teddy Bear'. Made from two very dense German Mohair's with his name embroidered on his paw.  Sage wears a brown leather collar and gold tag that says 'Thank You'. He is of course a musical Bear playing 'Let me be your Teddy Bear'! 15"  38cm 2007 (USA)

Dear Lynette, I'm sorry I did not reply sooner, but I was out of town (a
dog show) when dear Sage safely arrived. How wonderful he is. I showed
 him to the original Sage, and he stamped his approval on him (almost
literally!), but did not care for the music. The girl Shepherds were
 delighted and thought he was a "toy" for them and I could see trouble
 brewing, so I took pictures quickly & removed him from everyone sight.
 I'm sure Dr. Petrone will be delighted. Thank you. I'm sure you will be

'COOPER' a RAINBOW TEDDY BEAR - Made for Alison in the UK who has a friend in Australia whose little boy Cooper died last August at the age of 22 months from SIDS.  She has arranged a charity dinner for the organisation in his memory on his 3rd Birthday.  Coopers favourite film was 'The Wizard of Oz' so his Teddy Bear is Musical too playing 'Some where over the Rainbow'.  Alison unfortunately is unable to travel to Australia for the dinner so Cooper the Rainbow Teddy Bear will be taking her place at the table! He has been made from a very soft Kid Mohair which we have hand dyed in all colours of the Rainbow, fully jointed as always with embroidery on his paw pads. SCARLET    Created for a very special lady in the USA.  Made from a super soft wavy white German Mohair with burgundy accessories.  This Teddies feet have hardly touched the ground! -  she was needed urgently and in FIVE days she went from a very 'flat' piece of Mohair to LANDING in her new home in Texas USA! 10"  25cm 2007 (USA)
