  BRANDY SNAP created by LJ BEARS
in 1996! Only my 2nd year of Bear Making!
He was adopted in the UK by a gentleman
named Kiril.  Brandy Snap stayed with
Kiril for many, many years 'waiting for that
Special Moment to give to a child that would
care and love him'.
Last year (2007) he finally gave him to his dear
Granddaughter, Natashenka.
Well done Brandy Snap, I am so pleased you are
keeping Natashenka happy.

JINGLE TANGLE  -  A  Christmas Teddy Bear created
especially for Stephanie.  He is a jolly bundle of white Mohair,
with upholstery velvet paw pads, is fully jointed and filled with
polyester and steel shot.  He wears a red velvet,  fur trimmed
Santa Hat, warm knitted scarf and brings with him his very own
Christmas Tree!  Happy Christmas Stephanie hope you
all enjoy your Christmas Teddy Bear!

JINGLES -  Created especially for baby Jonathan's
First Christmas.  He is a dear little handful of teddy bear
made from a traditional golden colour with upholstery
velvet paw pads,  these have baby Jonathan's initials
on one paw and the date on the other.  In true Santa tradition, 
Jingles wears his red velvet fur trimmed hat and warm winters scarf.

Just to let you know Jingles arrived save and well this morning,   
and we are all really thrilled with him.
This Christmas is going to be a very special one
for us now that we have Jonathan and this gorgeous
special little bear will add to the magic!

PURPLE  PIMM  -     This very striking Bear was
created especially for Roland and his Wife.  
His long straight piled Mohair was hand dyed
in a very deep purple shade, the true purple
colouring is not really shown to its best in
this photo.  He has grey upholstery velvet
paw pads with purple claws and a very dashing purple bow tie.

 BETHAN -  Created for a very special 
Grand daughter.  Bethan has been made
from a very dense and wavy Mohair in a
soft cream colour.  She is fully jointed 
and filled with polyester and has a
growler fitted into her tummy.

  BRUISER  -  All kitted out and awaiting a call
to take his place in the England Rugby World Cup Squad! 
He has been made from two German Mohair's  -  a batik
dyed brown for all those parts that would get muddy and
a white Mohair for his shirt that has his Rose of England
badge embroidered on it.   He comes complete with his
head protector and a small replica World Cup Rugby ball
and is looking forward to 'propping' up the team!!

BRUISER WAS A WORLD CUP RUGBY PLAYER AFTER ALL!

JAMES HERRIOT  -   Created for a 'Special Evening with
Christopher Timothy' in aid of the Macmillan Cancer Fund. 
Christopher kindly signed the Teddy Bears neck label and
adoption certificate before the auction.  He was one of twelve
items auctioned during the evening and raised the sum
of £200.00  out of an auction total of £648.00 - This was a
charity evening  held in support of the Macmillan Cancer
Fund and Paul and I would like to thank all those that placed
bids on him and so helped make the evening once again so successful.

ERIN  -   A beautiful little 'Irish Colleen' created
especially for Cathy and her daughter.    She has
been made from a pure white wavy Mohair  is fully
jointed and Erin wears 'The All Ireland Tartan' colours
in her sash,  this is pinned with a golden brooch.
To complete her outfit she has a small green flower
in her ear.  Erin will shortly be living with her new 'hug' in Illinois, USA.

MON AMI  -   Created especially for Marie-Ann
as a present for a special friend.  He has been
made from a very long pile super soft German
Mohair, this is the first cut of the Mohair and the
pile is 100mm long, this has been hand tipped in
a dark grey shade.   He has been created as a sitting
Cat and is fully jointed and filled with polyester and pellets. 
He has beautiful green cat's eyes,  little grey inner ears
and the most stunning long tail.  Mon Ami does have
delectable whiskers and wears a black  collar
around his neck with golden jingle bell attached.

POLAR STAR#4  -   Created as a very special companion
for Jenna who lives in a most beautiful part of the world - Hawaii.

2003 (Hawaii)

WPC HOBBS  -  This very special Panda Teddy Bear was
created for Karen.  She is a typical Panda Bear in black
and white Mohair and she brings with her a pair of hand cuffs,
truncheon and of course her radio!  We do wish Karen
continued success in her career and hope that her mascot
Teddy Bear soon settles down with you all and becomes
a much loved member of your 'hug'.

JUMBLE  -  What a fabulous black Bear he is - 
created especially for Gillian in memory of her
beautiful black poodle 'Jumble' who sadly went
to 'the happy hunting ground in the sky' earlier
this year at the wonderful age of 17.  
He has been made from a pure black Mohair
with  black upholstery velvet paw pads that
have embroidered claws on them.
Jumble wears a pale lavender collar around
his neck with crystal star attached.  This Teddy
is also MUSICAL  having a key wound music box
fitted into his back playing 'When you wish upon a Star'. 
 I expect the real 'Jumble' was a true Star and Paul and
I hope that your mascot Jumble
brings back many happy memories for you Gillian.

CHARLOTTE  -  What a sophisticated Lady she is -
created especially for Kay to celebrate a very special
Birthday on the 31st July 2003.  Charlotte was made
from a very soft golden coloured German Mohair
with beige ultra suede paw pads that have small
gold embroidered claws on them.   Charlotte wears
a stunning golden velvet over sized hat on her head
and a sweet little daisy chain necklace.  
 Kay - Paul and I wish you  a belated 'Happy Birthday'
and hope that Charlotte
has many happy years with you all.

Charlotte arrived at my office at 9.30 this morning to the admiration of my
colleagues.  When I brought her home she enchanted my husband and myself.
She is really beautiful and is currently occupying centre stage in my
collection................

WENZLOFF  -  Is the 'Beary Best Honey Maker' in Michigan! 
He has been made from two honey coloured Mohair's and
has upholstery velvet paw pads with embroidered claws. 
 He is fully jointed and filled with polyester and pellets. 
Wenzloff comes complete with his 'bee hive', his veiled
'bee keepers hat' and his little sign to make sure you all
know where  the ' beary best honey is made'!    Wenzloff
was commissioned by Cheryl as a 'Special Thank you'
for a 'Beary best Honey Making Friend'.

BEKI & GARY  -   These two Teddy Bears were created
especially for Beki and Gary for their Wedding Day on
the 15th August 2003.
  They are each 10" tall made from golden German Mohair,
fully jointed and filled with polyester and pellets.  They
have upholstery velvet paw pads with black embroidered
claws on Gary's paws.  He wears a grey suede tailed
waistcoat with trim,  plus his grey top hat.  Beki wears
a silver tiara with flower trim plus her cross on a chain
and a white bridal bouquet.
Paul and I wish you both a wonderful Wedding Day,
and many, many years of happiness together.

I received the Bears yesterday and they're absolutely adorable.  Thank you
so much I am sure Beki and Gary will love them. I will e-mail you a picture
of the happy couple ....and Beki and Gary next week!

ELLIE ROSE  -  Created especially for little Ellie Rose
on her Christening Day.  She has been made from a wavy,
dense white Mohair, that has been hand tipped in a soft
lavender shade.   She has white upholstery velvet paw
pads with small lavender embroidered claws, is fully
jointed and filled with polyester and pellets.  She wears
a double wired ribbon around her neck and one lavender rose.  
Paul and I wish baby Ellie Rose lots of happiness
for her Christening Day, on the 10th August 2003.

CUTIE POPS  -  Was made for a very, very special
little girl named Emily.  This Teddy has a very big
job to do in the coming days and weeks and Paul
and I send our love and beary hugs to this special
little girl  xx
Late August 2003 - it would appear that the magic
of 'Cutie Pops' has worked and little Emily is well
on the mend.  We hope that 'Cutie Pops' continues
his magic for many years to come. xx

MALVERN  -  This very special Teddy was made especially
for Ros to celebrate her 40th Birthday in August.   He has
been made from a chocolate dense and very wavy German
Mohair, his paw pads are in pale purple upholstery velvet, 
this is Ros's favorite colour.  Malvern is fully jointed and filled
with polyester and pellets, he wears a leather collar around his
neck with an engraved red heart shaped disk.   Ros, impatient
to wait for Malvern until August, already has her Teddy,  so we
wish you a Happy Birthday  for August, and we hope your
Teddy brings you lots of Birthday Wishes all the year round.

ROY  -  Is a Teddy who loves his round of Golf! 
He has been made from a very dense Mohair, batik
dyed in shades of beige through to dark brown. 
He is fully jointed, has 
upholstery velvet paw pads  and a music box fitted
into his back playing 'Raindrops keep falling on my head'! 
However he is ever hopeful of a sunny day and wears his
sun glasses on his cap!!  Roy brings with him his hand made
golf bag including one Wood, two Irons, his Putter, golf balls
and a Golf Umbrella!  
Paul and I hope that your mascot golfer Teddy Bear brings
you that 'Hole in One' inspiration through out your golfing season.  
Roy is now playing all day on the golf courses of Utah, USA.

I received Roy today and was so excited to see him.  I cannot believe how
beautiful he is in person.  His picture did not do him justice.  He is just
perfect and looks a little like my Roy.  The hat and golf clubs are
unbelievable, Paul, you did a spectacular job on them................

'WEXFORD'  -   Was made especially for 'An Evening
with George Baker'  who was Chief Inspector Wexford
from the UK television series, who kindly signed
'Wexford's' neck label before the auction.  This
was a charity evening  held in support of the Macmillan
Cancer Fund .  He was one of twelve items auctioned
that evening and raised the sum of £90.00  out of an
auction total of £980.00 - Paul and I would like to thank
all those that placed bids on him and helped make
the evening so successful.

ISABELLE  -  A very special MUSICAL Bear created
especially for Dawn.  She has been made from a 
22mm  slightly wavy Mohair hand dyed in a pale
Lavender colour.  Her paw pads are grey suede
and they have small embroidered lavender claws
on them.  Her black embroidered nose has purple
metallic thread running through it and she is filled
with polyester and pellets.  Isabelle  is also Musical, 
and has a key wound music box fitted into her back
playing 'Mozart's Lullaby' .  Her  finishing touch is a
large silver wired ribbon and two purple flowers in her ear.

ROBERT the FIRE-FIGHTER BEAR  -    Made especially for
Alison to present to Robert on his graduation into the Fire
Service.  He is made from a very dense wavy chocolate
coloured German Mohair with upholstery velvet paw
pads that have been personally embroidered with gold
lettering.  He wears a yellow felt Fireman's helmet and
of course brings with him his Axe and Hose pipe.
Paul and I wish Robert every success in his chosen career.

EMILY GRACE  -  A MUSICAL Teddy Bear created
for the special occasion of baby Emily Grace's
Christening day in February.  She has been made
from a long, very dense white Mohair with suede
paw pads that have small embroidered cream
claws on them.  She is fully jointed and filled with
polyester and pellets.  Emily Grace has a key wound
music box fitted that plays 'Amazing Grace' and wears
a beautiful pink/gold wired ribbon around her neck. 
Paul and I wish baby Emily a very Happy Christening
Day and hope all the wishes her Parents, Godparents
and Grandparents have for her come true.

Just wanted to let you know that "Emily Grace"
arrived nestled in her bed in pristine condition
and baby Emily Grace and her mama, Sara,
love her already! Thank you so much. I'll be
 buying special Teddies as long as the
babies keep coming, so I hope you stay
in business a lo-o-ong time! Thank you again

COMFORT -  Was our Teddy Bear made especially
for 'THE DARE TO CARE' Internet Auction in aid of the
NSPCC Full Stop campaign - this was be held during
the month of November.  COMFORT was a  15"  (38cm)
Teddy Bear made from two very dense wavy German
Schulte Mohair's, one in a chocolate colour and the
other a soft honey colour.  His paw pads are trimmed
back Mohair and he has small brown embroidered claws
on them.  He was fully jointed and is filled with polyester
and pellets with a small amount of steel shot.  Around his
neck he wears some wooden beads that spell out his name.  
We hope that the proceeds that this Teddy raised will help
bring some Comfort to those children who need it.
Comfort is now living with June in Auckland, New Zealand.
